- Tom McCullough recently wrote an article for the 25th Anniversary Edition of the Journal of Wealth Management (Summer 2023) called The Rise of the Integrated Advisor. This article looks at the origin of the integrated advisor, what are the common characteristics of these people and firms, which families need such an advisor and how they can find one, and the opportunities and challenges of providing integrated management to ultra-high net worth (UHNW) families.

- A huge Congratulations to Brad Jesson, CA, CPA, CIM on being named a CPA Ontario Emerging Leader. Being recognized by the CPA Ontario institute is an incredible accomplishment. Brad won this award due to his excellent client advisory work, guest lecturing at University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management and his work with many non-profits including Free Play for Kids, REACH Edmonton Council for Safe Communities, Infill Development in Edmonton Association, Mind Your Plastic, and Canadian Centre for Housing Rights (formerly CERA). The CRA conducts most reviews according to an undisclosed scoring system that identifies returns with “the highest potential for inaccuracy.
