Doug Barker

Doug is a member of Northwood’s Client Relationship & Development team, focusing on building and nurturing relationships with new families.

Prior to joining Northwood, Doug worked as an Analyst at a Toronto-based single-family office where he was operationally involved in two of the office’s portfolio companies. With a focus on Corporate and Business Development, Doug led Investor Relations and supported both portfolio companies with originating new business and capital opportunities.

In the community, Doug is the Co-Founder of Run to Give Toronto, an annual charity run that promotes physical activity while also allowing individuals to give back and build deeper connections with their community.

In his spare time, Doug enjoys travelling, golfing, and running.
