In addition to his work with families, Brad is actively involved with Northwood next generation education and regularly contributes to Northwood's Thought Leadership Newsletter.
Prior to joining Northwood, Brad worked as a Director a single-family office in Toronto, where he was responsible for the financial planning and reporting, investment management and taxation for the family office. Prior to that, he was CFO for BAMSS Group of Companies, a large privately owned family business in Alberta. Brad also worked at Mowbrey Gil – a mid-sized CPA firm – as a Senior Manager where he focused primarily on tax planning for individuals and privately held businesses.
Brad is active in his community volunteering with various non-profit organizations, including Free Play for Kids which provides free access to sports for thousands of vulnerable kids annually and the Canadian Centre for Housing Rights (CCHR) which is Canada's leading NGO working to advance the right to adequate housing. Brad is also a guest lecturer at Rotman School of Management.
In his spare time, Brad and his partner enjoy travelling and skiing.
